We had a wonderful Christmas. Christmas Eve we had a slumber party in our living room on couch beds. We watched the Nativity Story together. The kids fell asleep and Dean and I wrapped presents. They had a blast opening presents and playing with all their new toys. We made crepes with chocolate and berries for breakfast. We ended the day with a meal at our friends house celebrating Jesus birthday, eating good food, and exchanging presents. The highlight for me was being able to be a part of my family's Christamas via phone. It was not as good as being there but it definitely made our distance seem smaller. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. How appropriate that celebrating Jesus' birth gives us so much joy. That's how He is always good and always giving. Video to come.
